Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Transit Time

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the delivery location within the United Kingdom.

Total Shipping Time (Handling Time + Transit Time)

Total Delivery Time: 4–9 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

This includes both order processing and shipping transit time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 04:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number and purchase details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You will also be notified when your order has been successfully delivered.

  • Orders under £5000: Flat rate shipping fee of £5.99

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
